Ingredients

  • 4 oz. uncooked thin egg noodles
  • 1 tsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • dash salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water for 4 minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Return pasta to the pot and toss with butter, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
