- Mix cottage cheese, 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, egg, oregano, and chopped green beans together; set aside.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom.
- Add 1/3 of the cooked noodles on top of the sauce.
- Spread half of the green bean mixture over the noodles.
- Repeat the layers: sauce, noodles, remaining green bean mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Pour the liquid (juice from beans) around the edges of the pan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
