Ingredients

  • 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup carob chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Process coconut until the consistency of powdered sugar in a food processor.
  2. Combine ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup coconut sugar in a bowl.
  3. Melt butter and add to the mixture.
  4. Mix in the processed coconut and carob chips.
