Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugarless sweetener or 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. You may add 1 tablespoon of curry powder for a different flavor.
  3. Or add 1 tablespoon each of tarragon, oregano, and basil for Italian dressing.
