Light Pecan Pie
Ingredients
Instructions
- Beat 4 eggs whites with a little salt.
- Fold in 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- In separate bowl, crush 23 Ritz crackers. Mix in 3/4 cup chopped pecans and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- Stir and fold into egg whites.
- Place in greased pie pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
