- Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and heat to medium.
- Add chicken to the skillet.
- Season the chicken with 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
- Cook about 10 minutes, turning once, until browned evenly.
- Reduce the heat and add garlic to the skillet.
- Continue cooking for 10 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken to a serving plate.
- Add chicken broth and white wine to the skillet with garlic.
- Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low.
- Mix milk with seasonings and add to the cooking juices in the pan.
- Heat and stir until the sauce is slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the pan and sprinkle with chopped chives.
- Baste the chicken with the cooking juices.
- Heat through and serve. Very good with rice.
