Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (3 oz.) package lime flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 2 tablespoons real lime juice
  • 4 cups miniature white marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Pat the mixture firmly on the bottom of an 8-inch square or 11 x 7-inch glass dish.
  4. Chill before serving.
