Lime Ginger Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons grated lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth. Shape into a cylinder 2 1/2" wide, and wrap in plastic wrap or foil.
  2. Put in refrigerator until firm, about 1 hour. Enjoy!
  3. Makes 5 tbls.
