Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 (3 oz.) package strawberry jello
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen strawberries
  • 4 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 1 or 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the strawberry jello in hot water.
  2. Add frozen strawberries, crushed pineapple, mashed bananas, and chopped pecans to the jello mixture.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate until set.
  4. Spread sour cream over the set mixture.
  5. Pour the remaining jello mixture over the sour cream layer.
  6. Refrigerate again until fully set.
