Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 6 small bunches green seedless grapes
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 cup cubed unpared red apple
  • lemon juice
  • 3 cups cooked cubed chicken
  • 2 apples, cut in wedges

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, dry mustard, sugar, and cider vinegar.
  2. In a large bowl, sprinkle lemon juice over apple cubes and toss to prevent browning.
  3. Add cooked cubed chicken, chopped celery, seedless green grapes, and the dressing to the large bowl; toss to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate the salad to chill before serving.
  5. Arrange on salad plates and garnish with grapes and apple wedges dipped in lemon juice.
