Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in water and cook until done (about 15 to 20 minutes). Drain and remove from bone, then coarsely chop.
- Drain pineapple chunks, reserving the juice.
- Peel and coarsely chop the apple, then dip in pineapple juice to prevent browning.
- Combine chopped chicken, pineapple, apple, grapes, salad dressing, and whipped topping in a bowl.
- Chill the mixture for 2 hours.
- Serve on lettuce leaves, optionally garnished with pecans or walnuts.
