Healthy and delicious protein bars with a rich blend of carob, peanut butter, nuts, and shredded coconut, perfect for a nutritious snack or quick energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. carob chips
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. fine shredded coconut
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed

Instructions

  1. Melt the carob chips, peanut butter, and butter together.
  2. Blend in the chopped nuts, shredded coconut, wheat germ, and sesame seed.
  3. Press the mixture into an 8 x 10-inch pan.
  4. Let cool and then cut into squares.
