Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound linguine noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the linguine noodles. Rinse with hot water and drain again.
  2. Mix butter, light cream, Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until cheeses melt and sauce is well blended.
  3. Pour the cheese sauce over the cooked noodles, coating well.
  4. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
