Ingredients

  • 6 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. linguine
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 medium-sized onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium-sized celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Cut each
  2. carrot
  3. lengthwise into thin slices; then cut slices into
  4. linguine
  5. thin strips.
  6. Prepare linguine as label directs; drain;
  7. keep warm.
