Ingredients

  • 8 oz. linguini
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • bay leaf
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook linguini with chicken bouillon cubes and bay leaf according to package directions.
  2. Drain and allow to cool.
  3. Add chopped tomato, chopped or dried basil, chopped green onions (if using), and olive oil to the cooled linguini.
  4. Mix well and chill for 1 hour.
  5. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
