Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. linguini
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 c. vodka
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, cook linguini in boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet.
  3. Add cream and vodka to the skillet; simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add grated lemon peel and lemon juice to the sauce.
  5. Drain the linguini and toss it with the sauce.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese before serving.
