Ingredients

  • 3 oz. orange gelatin
  • lite whipped topping
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 16 oz. no-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the contents of the orange gelatin package with lite whipped topping.
  2. Add the drained crushed pineapple, drained mandarin oranges, and cottage cheese to the mixture.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch serving dish.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
