Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 (14 oz.) can no-salt cut tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz.) can no-salt tomato paste
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pinto or kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, sauté ground turkey and minced onion until turkey is no longer pink.
  2. Add canned no-salt cut tomatoes, no-salt tomato paste, rinsed and drained beans, chili powder, and cumin.
  3. Stir and simmer the mixture for 30 minutes.
