Little Bits are creamy, bite-sized cheese desserts with a graham cracker crust, perfect for parties or special occasions, offering a sweet, tangy flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • butter or margarine
  • graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Butter 1 1/2-inch muffin tins and coat generously with graham cracker crumbs; set aside.
  2. Cream the egg yolks, sugar, and cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into muffin tins, filling about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes; centers will fall, become foamy and indented.
  7. Carefully remove from muffin tins.
  8. Spoon 1 teaspoon of Sour Cream Filling into each center indentation.
  9. Store in refrigerator.
