A warm, sticky cinnamon-sugar monkey bread with flaky biscuit pieces, sweet caramel-like glaze, perfect for sharing at breakfast or brunch with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 packages Hungry Jack buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces using scissors.
  3. Roll each biscuit piece in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in a 10-inch tube pan.
  5. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over low heat.
  6. Add brown sugar to the melted margarine and bring to a boil.
  7. Pour the brown sugar and margarine mixture over the biscuit pieces in the pan.
  8. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  10. Cool slightly before pulling apart and serving.
