Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans olives, sliced
  • 1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 to 5 tsp. taco mix
  • 2 cans bean dip
  • green onion

Instructions

  1. Mash together avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Then mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix.
  3. On large plate, layer bean dip (spread out), avocado mix (spread out on top bean dip), sour cream, green onion, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
