- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl.
- Separate the biscuits and cut each one in half horizontally.
- Dip each biscuit half in melted butter on both sides, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place half a biscuit in a lightly greased muffin cup or on a cookie sheet.
- Put 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry preserves in the center of each biscuit half.
- Cover with the other biscuit half to form a sandwich.
