Sweet raspberry biscuits with a cinnamon-sugar coating, filled with raspberry preserves, offering a delightful treat perfect for breakfast or dessert gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can flaky refrigerator biscuits (10 to a can)
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 small jar raspberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl.
  3. Separate the biscuits and cut each one in half horizontally.
  4. Dip each biscuit half in melted butter on both sides, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Place half a biscuit in a lightly greased muffin cup or on a cookie sheet.
  6. Put 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry preserves in the center of each biscuit half.
  7. Cover with the other biscuit half to form a sandwich.
