Ingredients

  • 1 chicken or breasts only
  • 12 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or broth
  • 1 small can chopped mushrooms
  • 1 jar medium pimentos

Instructions

  1. Cook and bone the chicken or use chicken breasts only.
  2. Cook the spaghetti as directed on the package.
  3. Prepare the soups, mushrooms, pimentos, and Velveeta cheese.
  4. Combine cooked chicken, cooked spaghetti, mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup or broth, chopped mushrooms, pimentos, and cheese in a baking dish.
  5. Mix well and bake at 350°F (175°C) until hot and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.
