Ingredients

  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the onion soup mix, Russian salad dressing, and cranberry sauce. Mix well.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow 2 or 3-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
  6. Serve the chicken over hot cooked rice.
