Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon flavoring (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Heat until the mixture reaches the hard crack stage.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add optional flavoring and food coloring if desired.
  5. Let stand for 1 minute.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased miniature muffin pan.
  7. Insert a popsicle stick into each lollipop.
