Ingredients

  • 1 box banana or spice cake mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Smooth the batter onto 2 greased and floured pizza pans.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Spread Cool Whip over the cooled crust.
  6. Top with fresh fruit such as strawberries, peaches, bananas, and kiwi.
