Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Scald milk. Add sugar, flavorings and salt.
  2. Mix together. Stir slowly into beaten eggs. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
