A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad featuring a mix of sweet fruits and creamy vanilla pudding, perfect for casual gatherings, picnics, or as a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 chopped unpeeled apples
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks with juice
  • 1 small can Mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1 large can chunky fruit cocktail with juice
  • 2 or 3 sliced bananas
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Combine all the fruits in a large bowl.
  2. Fold in the dry vanilla instant pudding mix until well coated.
  3. Serve in a pretty glass bowl and enjoy.
