Ingredients

  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 6 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt, optional
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Sweet N Low or artificial sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatin

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix well.
  2. Soften Knox gelatin in water according to package instructions, then add to the dressing.
  3. Whirl to blend until smooth.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
