Ingredients

  • light cream cheese
  • graham cracker crust
  • cottage cheese
  • Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bring 2/3 cup water to a boil.
  2. Add Jello and set aside to dissolve.
  3. In a blender, put cream cheese and cottage cheese; whip until smooth.
  4. Blend in Cool Whip.
  5. Add the prepared Jello and 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring to the mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
