Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 slices diet white bread
  • 4 oz. Egg Beaters (egg substitute)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 tsp. Molly McButter
  • 1/2 cup canned whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup Special K cereal
  • Nonstick vegetable spray

Instructions

  1. Tear or crumble the bread and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine egg substitute, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, evaporated skim milk, raisins, Molly McButter, and cranberry sauce.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Stir in the bread until evenly coated with the mixture.
  5. Spray a baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) until set and golden, about 30-35 minutes.
