Low Fat Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten ⓘ
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese ⓘ
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese ⓘ
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder ⓘ
- 1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract ⓘ
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust, reduced fat ⓘ
- 1 (10 ounce) can no-sugar-added cherry pie filling ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix first 7 ingredients in blender.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake 30 minutes until set.
- Refrigerate overnight. (At least 4 hours).
- Spread cherry pie filling on top just before serving.
