Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 package instant rice
  • 1 egg
  • Cajun seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in a glass baking dish and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Slice the tomato and lay the slices on top of the loaf.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder and pepper over the top.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
