- Drain boiled and blanched noodles; set aside.
- Simmer together in a skillet the tomato soup, tomatoes, celery, and soda.
- In another skillet, brown the onions, green peppers, pork, and beef in bacon fat.
- Stir in mushrooms and grated cheese.
- Add garlic and salt to taste.
- Simmer until cheese is melted, then combine with noodles and tomato mixture.
- Place all in 2 large glass casseroles and cook at 350°F until bubbly.
