  • 1 small package frozen peas, thawed but still cold
  • 8 oz low-fat Cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 small boiled eggs, diced
  • 1/4 small onion, diced fine
  • 1/2 cup zesty dip
  • salt and pepper to taste
