Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut in spears
  • 2 c. coarsely diced cooked turkey
  • 1 can reduced fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. fat free milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook broccoli for 5 minutes.
  3. Arrange broccoli in the bottom of a sprayed baking dish.
  4. Top with cooked turkey.
  5. Combine condensed cream of mushroom soup with fat-free milk until smooth.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over the turkey.
  7. Sprinkle shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
