Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. margarine
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 grated onion
  • 1 level tsp. chili powder
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks, sugar and vinegar together.
  2. Add margarine. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
  3. Don't overcook; cool. Beat in cream cheese, then add grated onion, chili powder, pimentos and chopped green pepper.
  4. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
