Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo (butter, softened)
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) carton Cool Whip
  • 2 small packages instant pudding mix (chocolate or other)

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, oleo, and chopped pecans.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  5. Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Add half of the thawed Cool Whip to the cream cheese mixture and spread over the cooled crust.
  7. Prepare the pudding mix with milk until thickened.
  8. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
