Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 large bag Doritos chips
  • 1 lb. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet.
  2. Add mushroom soup and enchilada sauce to the cooked meat and mix well.
  3. Layer the meat mixture, Doritos chips, and grated cheese in a casserole dish, repeating until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
