Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup ReaLemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs and add 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice. Beat together.
  2. In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water.
  3. Cook until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Beat in the egg mixture.
  6. Cook on low heat, stirring until slightly thickened.
  7. Add vanilla and cool completely.
  8. Fold in whipped cream.
  9. Serve with fresh fruit.
  10. Refrigerate before serving.
