Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground round beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 oz. dry ranch dressing mix (Hidden Valley)
  • 1 1/4 oz. taco seasoning
  • 27 oz. pinto beans (large can)
  • 29 oz. whole kernel corn (large can)
  • 29 oz. stewed tomatoes (large can)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with chopped onions in a large pot.
  2. Drain off any excess fat from the meat mixture.
  3. Mix together the dry ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning in a small bowl.
  4. Stir the seasoning mixture into the cooked meat and onions.
  5. Add the undrained pinto beans, whole kernel corn, and stewed tomatoes to the meat mixture and stir well.
  6. Simmer the soup for about 20-30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
