Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 c. creamed corn
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 c. corn meal
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, chopped onions, chopped green pepper, and oil in a large skillet.
  2. Brown the mixture over medium heat.
  3. Add tomatoes and creamed corn to the skillet.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add chili powder, salt, and red pepper to the mixture.
