Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup drained kidney beans
  • 1 large bottle Ranch dressing or French dressing
  • 8 oz bag nacho chips

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl.
  2. Prepare ground beef and taco seasoning mix as directed on the package and cool slightly.
  3. Mix the cooked taco mixture, shredded cheese, and drained kidney beans with the lettuce mixture.
  4. Add salad dressing and toss gently to combine.
  5. Just before serving, crush the nacho chips and toss with the salad.
