  • 4 eggs

  • 3 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

  2. Cover the mixture with tin foil.
  3. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
  4. If the dish is too liquidy, remove the foil and bake until the liquid is absorbed.
