Mac-Nut Toffee
A rich and crunchy toffee topped with melted milk chocolate and macadamia nuts, perfect for sharing or gifting to nut lovers and sweet enthusiasts.

Instructions
- Butter an 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Place half the nuts in the pan and sprinkle half of the grated chocolate over the nuts.
- Combine butter and sugar in a heavy pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture is the color of peanut butter, about 290°F.
- Remove from heat and immediately pour over the chocolate in the pan.
- Sprinkle with remaining chocolate and then nuts.
- Press nuts firmly into the chocolate.
- Cool and then break into pieces.
