Macadamia Balls
Delicious macadamia nut balls with a rich, buttery flavor, lightly sweetened and crunchy, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings or serving at parties and gatherings.

- In a large bowl, beat together butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add vanilla and water; beat until combined.
- On low speed, beat in flour until combined and moistened.
- Fold in chopped macadamia nuts.
- Shape the mixture into balls using 1 tablespoon for each.
- Refrigerate the balls for 2 to 3 hours.
- Place the balls on ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool, then dust with remaining powdered sugar.
