Ingredients

  • 6 chicken legs
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 16 oz. macaroni
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and cut the carrots into chunks.
  2. In a 3-quart saucepan over high heat, bring 5 cups of water to a boil and cook the macaroni, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and cook the macaroni for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and do not drain the macaroni.
  5. In a separate skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of salad oil over medium heat.
  6. Add the chicken legs and cook until browned and cooked through.
  7. Add the chopped onion and carrots to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender.
  8. Stir in the can of condensed cream of mushroom soup and cooked macaroni.
  9. Simmer for a few minutes until all ingredients are heated through and well combined.
