Ingredients

  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 small garlic
  • 16 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 oz. American cheese
  • 1 lb. macaroni

Instructions

  1. Cut up the green pepper and garlic.
  2. Fry the green pepper and garlic in a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil until tender.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the American cheese into 1/2-inch cubes and stir into the mixture.
  5. Serve over hot cooked macaroni.
