Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz. tiny ring macaroni
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (medium size can)
  • 1/2 pint Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, cook the beaten egg, sugar, flour, salt, and juice from the can of crushed pineapple until thick.
  3. Pour the cooked mixture over the cooked macaroni and stir well.
  4. Refrigerate the salad overnight before serving.
