Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 cans milk
  • 3/4 cup American or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound macaroni shells

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni shells until tender and drain.
  2. In a skillet, brown the chopped onion and green pepper in oleo.
  3. In a bowl, mix the tomato soup, mushroom soup, milk, and cheese until well combined.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the cooked shells.
  5. Bake the assembled dish in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until bubbly and golden.
